1.2 Language of Agreement

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are credited to your bb99999 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• bb99999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are entirely outside our control and are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any applicable third-party processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting bb99999 support to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. bb99999 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any chargeback and to recover the disputed amount from your account balance where the chargeback is found to be unwarranted.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on bb99999 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, you must opt in to the welcome bonus during registration or at the cashier before making your first deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳1,000.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bb99999. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or impersonation of another person during registration or at any subsequent point.

🔒 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bb99999

bb99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. During a suspension, access to the account — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — will be restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure on Investigation Completion

Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bb99999 will close the account permanently. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be handled as follows:

• If the breach relates to bonus abuse, match fixing, collusion, or fraud, the entire account balance — including any funds derived from real-money deposits — may be forfeited in full.
• If the breach relates solely to identity misrepresentation without evidence of financial fraud, the real-money deposit balance (less any bonus and bonus-derived funds) may be returned to the original payment source at bb99999's discretion.
• Where the breach involves suspected money laundering, the balance will be frozen pending instruction from relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bb99999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bb99999 or via WhatsApp at +880 1700 000000. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, we will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements) within 5 business days. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

Dormant accounts may incur an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Once the real-money balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. 8.5 Changes to These Terms
